Suri Grater

Designed as a tool to grate seasonings for Japanese cuisine such as wasabi, ginger and radish, this dish grater by Motoshige can also be used for grating garlic, apples, and onions. The rough surface effectively shreds the food, which collects in the smooth channel of the dish, where it can be poured out via the shallow spout. Silicon attached to the bottom of the plate prevents slipping during use. The result is an easy-to-clean grater that will be an essential tool in any kitchen.
