Premier Forged 7" Offset Bread Knife
Made from the very best German Steel, Lamson's full-tang Premier Forged blades are polished and sharpened in their Massachusetts facilities. Handles of exotic imported hardwoods are assembled to the blades with triple rivets and then the knives are processed and sharpened to perfection.
The serrated edge of the Offset Bread Knife is designed to slice smoothly through even the thickest crusts, such as baguettes or artisan loaves, without crushing or tearing. The offset handle elevates the hand, keeping your knuckles off of the cutting surface.
Features
- Signature CraftsmanshipΒ -Β Meticulously formed inΒ Lamson'sΒ Massachusetts facilities, each ofΒ their knives is finished to perfection using state-of-the-art technology coupled with hand finishing as well as proprietary polishing and sharpening processes.Β
- Unmatched Blade QualityΒ -Β Blades are precision-forged from the finest high-carbon Grade 4116 stainless steel from Solingen, Germany, using the traditional hot-drop method.Β Blades are then tempered and ice-hardened to a perfect 58 on the Rockwell Hardness Scale.Β This results in a hard, wickedly sharp blade that retains an edge for longer and is both highly corrosion-resistant and elastic.
- Gorgeous & Ergonomic HandlesΒ -Β The infused walnut handle is designed to be comfortable in the hand while in use.Β
- Superior Handling & Cutting Performance -Β Full tang blades with triple-riveted handles ensure ideal balance and weight. Lamson'sΒ combination machine and hand-sharpening processes ensure a consistently sharp and durable edge.
- Lifetime Warranty -Β Every Lamson product comes with aΒ Lifetime WarrantyΒ against manufacturing defects
- Guaranteed reliabilityΒ -Β Lamson'sΒ Sharp for Lifeβ’Β program supplies a lifetime of complimentary professional sharpening on every knifeΒ they make.
